What’s Included in the Standard Package ($14,000 + GST):

1. Pre-Trip Consultation & Preparation

• Personalized Planning: I’ll work with you to understand your product goals and sourcing priorities.

2. In-China Support

• Luxury Accommodation: Stay in 5-star hotels for the ultimate comfort and focus during your trip.
• In-Country Transfers: All transfers are covered, including airport pickup and hotel transit.
• Curated Agent Meetings: We’ll schedule meetings with reputable local agents, tailored to your needs.
• Shanghai Exploration: Enjoy two nights in Shanghai to relax and celebrate your sourcing successes.

3. Daily Support

• Direct Access to Me: Available daily from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM to review sourcing progress, address challenges, and advise on product development, negotiations, and logistics.

What’s Not Included in the Standard Package:

• International Flights: Although the New Zealand - Shanghai flights are not included, I’m happy to coordinate our travel. Payment will be required when booking, minimum 60-day advance booking recommended.
• Accommodation Payments: Hotel bookings are also not included but for optimal pricing, I am happy to coordinate our stay. Payment will be required at the time of booking, minimum 60-day advance booking recommended.
• Meals and Personal Expenses: Breakfast is included with your room, but lunches, dinners, and incidental expenses will be your responsibility.
